Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984, on February 28, 1984 in New York City. Her entire life she has shown great enthusiasm for becoming an actress. While she was at Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to establish the basis of her career. Following graduation, Noureen began to apply for various roles. In 1996, her performance of American Beauty brought her worldwide recognition and praise in 1999. Her next film was the well received film Ghost World (2001), that brought her a Golden Globe nomination.
