At the age of a girl she attended ballet beginner classes but decided she didn't fit in since she was extremely hyperactive and arousing when she was supposed to be focused at the barre. Baryshnikov has had a long-term relationship with former ballet dancer Lisa Rinehart. Peter Anna (born in 1992), Sofia and Baryshnikov had three kids.
