Noureen DeWulf, was born February 28, 1984 from New York City. She was always interested in acting as an actress. In her time at Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to establish the basis of her future career. Following graduation, Noureen started to audition for different roles. She was given a major role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was shown at various festivals all over the world.
