Noureen deWulf is a native of New Yorker born in February 1984. Her interest to become an actress has been constant. She began laying the groundwork of her career when she enrolled at the Boston University School of the Arts. Noureen started to apply for roles in various films. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere in the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 as well as being presented at numerous other festivals.
